Who we are

P2 Comsports International is run by P2 Comsports International LLC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates, from Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

P2 Comsports International LLC decides how and why your personal data is used, which makes us the controller under UK data protection law. You can reach us at partners@p2comsports.com.

What we collect

Depending on how you use this site, we collect:

• Technical data your browser sends when it loads a page: your IP address, the page asked for, the date and time, and your browser and device type.
• A count of visits to each page, with the kind of device (phone, tablet or computer) and the town your connection is in, as our network provider reports it. It is made without cookies and without your IP address, and it leaves out known bots.
• A count of the phone, email, map and booking links used on this site, with the page and the site that sent the visit, such as a search engine. It is made without cookies and without your IP address.
• What you type into a form on this site: usually your name, email address, phone number and message.
• With an enquiry, the first page you opened on this site and the site that sent you there, such as a search engine, when the page knows it.

Why we use it

We use personal data for these purposes, and on these legal bases:

• Serve the pages, keep the site secure and find faults. We do this for our legitimate interests.
• See which pages are read, on which devices and from which towns, so we can improve the site. We do this for our legitimate interests.
• See which pages and which ways of finding us bring enquiries and bookings, so we can improve the site. We do this for our legitimate interests.
• Reply to you and take the steps you ask for before you join or book. We do this to carry out our agreement with you, or to take steps you ask for before one.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with:

• Our platform provider hosts this site and its data for P2 Comsports International, and acts only on our instructions.
• What you send through a form is emailed to P2 Comsports International and kept in its inbox on the platform.

Cookies

This site does not set cookies that need your permission. It may keep a small amount of information in your browser that it needs to work, such as keeping you signed in.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data no longer than we need it:

• Server logs are kept for a short time to keep the site secure, then deleted.
• Enquiries are kept for as long as it takes to deal with them and then for up to 24 months, unless you become a customer.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy
• correct anything that is wrong
• delete your data, where we have no good reason to keep it
• stop or limit how we use it, or object to a use that relies on our legitimate interests
• give you your data in a form you can move to someone else, where you gave it to us for a contract or with your consent
• stop using data you agreed to give us, by withdrawing that agreement

How to use your rights or complain

Email partners@p2comsports.com. We will answer within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have used your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would like the chance to put it right first.

Children

If you are under 13, ask a parent or carer before you send us any details. If a child has sent us personal data without a parent knowing, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this notice

We update this page when what we do with personal data changes, such as when we start using a new service.
