Privacy policy
This policy explains how P2 Comsports International LLC (“we”, “us”) handles personal data collected through p2comsports.com. We are the data controller for that data.
What we collect
We only collect personal data that you give us directly through our enquiry form:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number, if you provide one
- Your company or organisation, if you provide one
- Your country or territory, if you provide one
- The nature and stage of your enquiry
- The content of your message
When you submit the form we also record your IP address and browser user-agent string. We use these only to prevent abuse of the form and to enforce rate limits.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We do not use your details for marketing unless you ask us to, and we do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, after which they are deleted. Records used for rate limiting are deleted automatically within one hour.
Who we share it with
Your enquiry is stored on our website hosting, provided by Krystal Hosting Ltd, and is sent to us by email. We do not share your data with any other third party unless we are required to by law.
We are based in the United Arab Emirates and our hosting is in the United Kingdom, so your data may be transferred outside the UK or European Economic Area. Where that happens we take steps to ensure it remains protected to an equivalent standard.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Ask what personal data we hold about you and get a copy of it
- Ask us to correct data that is wrong or incomplete
- Ask us to delete your data
- Ask us to restrict how we use it
- Object to us processing it on the basis of legitimate interests
- Ask for your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent for analytics cookies at any time

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
